Back to the swing of things

It has been way too long since my last post. I applogize for this, but due to my busy schedule I started to slack off and never picked back up.

Let's get back into the swing of things and talk a bit more about POWER. How can we create faster club head speed? The answer is easy. Body movements (the swing) and overall power (gym). Is it possible for me to increase your speed just doing one? Yes, you could easily pick just one to improve on and see great results, but they would not be your true potential.

For a weekend golfer the answer is to address the body movements and the swing to maximize what they bring to the table. This not only helps them produce faster club head speed, but because of proper mechanics and tailoring their swing more to their body, and how it wants to move, it becomes more consistant.

For the gym people, or the off season when everyone wants to "hit it hard", it is easy to give a series of exercises to help boost the weaker links and make them equal. In order to do this you would have to know where these weak links are. Make sure if you are going to put in the hard work you are getting everything out of it. Don't waste your time doing exercises from magazines, or from workout videos that are built for the masses. They are cookie cutter movements that look pretty, but are not going to tap into your true power sources.

If you are serious about getting faster, you owe it to yourself and your game to send me an email. I will evaluate your swing and fitness program for FREE ! I can give you an idea on where you currently are with both the swing and fitness and explain to you how you can become much faster. Be sure to take advantage of this rare chance!
